Jeremy Schwab
I am an example of someone going from a couch potato to competing against pro and elite level athletes. I started cycling in 2004 mainly to lose weight and be more active. Over the next several years as I got more competitive, I participated in triathlons and running events. In 2010, I moved to France for work and really feel in love with the sport of cycling. In 2013, I returned to Texas and signed up for my first race as a Cat 5.
During this time, I have had to juggle kid activities, family, work, training, racing, and all the other stresses that life throws at us. I know what it takes to get the most quality training out of the least amount of time.
